Debezium server Event Hubs plugin support in v1.3

I am trying to use the Event Hubs support in Debezium Server, but getting this error:
 
io.debezium.DebeziumException: No Debezium consumer named 'eventhubs' is available
 
This applies to the Docker image (debezium/server:1.3) as well as the server distribution from debezium.io
 
As per https://groups.google.com/d/msgid/debezium/4bd82d49-64de-45e2-9da8-19e2dc4aeacan%40googlegroups.com , the reason is that
 
eventhubs module is missing from https://github.com/debezium/debezium/blob/master/debezium-server/debezium-server-dist/pom.xml
