Intermittent test failure on CI - FieldRenamesIT

The test may prematurely stop the connector before the streaming phase has had a chance to emit the failure which the stop handler expects. We should use Awaitility to check the log for the expected output periodically over a period of time before stopping the connector to avoid any timing concerns.
