Entries in metrics tables should be linkable

E.g. on https://debezium.io/documentation/reference/connectors/mysql.html#mysql-connector-monitoring-metrics_debezium, the individual metric names should be links, like it's done for connector properties. Also the description of the "Connected" and "MilliSecondsBehindSource" properties has some odd backticks at the beginning.
