Apply consistent default value for Postgres port

The default given in the README and used in the docker file – 4532 – is different from the default value used within io.debezium.connector.postgresql.TestHelper#defaultJdbcConfig() which is 5432.

Using the letter consistently lets Postgres integration tests run without further configuration once the Docker container has been started up.
