Modularize doc for MongoDB component

    Description

      Edit the content in the mongodb.adoc file so that it conforms to modularization requirements. This includes adding annotations in comments so that the content can remain in one file upstream. When I run the downstream script to fetch this content, the script will split the single file into the multiple files required for downstream documentation modules. 

      Related issue is FUSEDOC-3942.
