Change Docker Maven Plugin from jolokia to fabric8

      We have been using version 0.13.9 of the org.jolokia:docker-maven-plugin. As of today, though, this plugin has been absorbed into the Fabric8 community and changed its Maven groupID to io.fabric8. The latest release is version 0.14.1 (see the change log).
