MongoDB connector should handle new primary better

      When the connector receives new primary oplog event, it should check whether this event is from current primary before exiting and switching to the new primary. This is because newly elected primary includes the event in its oplog, and currently this causes the connector to stop and switch to the new primary that is the same node as its current talking to.
