Expose Cassandra Connector via Debezium Server

    Description

      With the advent of Debezium Server, it should now be possible to also expose the Cassandra connector using this runtime. For a user of Debezium Server, there'd be no noticeable difference between using one of the Kafka Connect based connectors and the Cassandra one.

      Ultimately, we should get rid of the custom main class for the Cassandra connector for sake of easier maintenance and less duplication.
