Improve MySQL connector's filtering of built-in tables

Users in the dev and users chat rooms have run across problems with the connector ignoring a User table in their own database. By default the connector will filter out built-in database tables, but this feature needs to be improved so that it doesn't filter out tables that are in non-system databases.
