Align snapshot/streaming semantics in MongoDB documentation

The MongoDB documentation uses the terms "initial sync" and "tail the oplog" and it would be useful to align these to use "snapshot" and "streaming". Some work was already done for this during the MongoDB port to the common framework but there are still a few spots this remained.
