MongoDB follow-ups after porting to common framework

    Description

      These are follow-up tasks to consider for next development iteration for MongoDB:

      • Split OffsetContext into a SingleOffsetContext and PartitionedOffsetContext impls (added as part of DBZ-2975)
      • Add integration tests for TransactionMetadata (added as part of DBZ-1874)
      • Add integration tests for JMX metrics (added as part of DBZ-1879)
      • Investigate work needed to use MongoDB change streams rather than tailing oplog (added as part of DBZ-4205)
      • Discussion at https://github.com/debezium/debezium/pull/1316#discussion_r390267642
      • Change initial.sync.max.threads to snapshot.max.threads and centralize this in debezium-core for all connectors. (DBZ-2742)
