DB2 connector documentation ambiguous regarding licensing

The Debezium DB2 documentation at https://debezium.io/documentation/reference/connectors/db2.html is ambiguous/unclear as to whether additional licensing is required for DB2 LUW.

The documentation contains the following two sentences:

This uses the ASN libraries that come as a standard part of Db2 LUW and can be added (with an additional license) to Db2 zOS.

which Implies that this connector will work in non zOS environments without additional license

and

In order to use ASN and hence this connector, you need to have a license for the IBM InfoSphere Data Replication (IIDR) product. It is not required that IIDR itself is installed.

Which implies that an additional license for IIDR is required in all environmnets.

Logically this suggests that both licenses are required, yet from a readability perspective this is unclear as to which exact licenses are required.

Can the documentation be updated to be very clear as to which licenses are required in which environments please.
