Support converters for embedded engine

    Description

      It should be possible to invoke converters for the embedded engine, allowing to eport Avro, JSON or CloudEvents. Related to that:

      • Support for SMTs in embedded engine (done via DBZ-1930 )
      • Offset storage contract should be independent of Kafka Connect (tracked via DBZ-1971)

      All these items can be addressed individually.
