Provide a filtering SMT

    Description

      Recently there were multiple request from users to do content based filtering of Debezium events. We can provide a SMT tailored to DBZ event structure and provide a way to filter.

      We should consider using a simple expression language that would allow user to traverse through the message and write a comparison condition.

      Also we might get more feedback about other SMTs needed in production.
