I've encounter yestarday problem with es-sink, since yesterday everything was working well till some docker/windows 10 update. Now es-sink cannot start and connect to elastic search. Mysql connector is working.

Docker Win Version: 2.1.0.5 (40693) Restored to default with cleaned up enviroment.

To recreate problem use simply: https://github.com/debezium/debezium-examples/tree/master/unwrap-smt

Can be problem with $KAFKA_CONNECT_PLUGINS_DIR ??? in dockerfile ?
