Update Kafka dependencies to 0.10.1.1

    Description

      The currently used version of Kafka and Kafka Connect should be updated to 0.10.1.1 (from 0.10.0.1) to match the latest.

      Between 0.10.0.x and 0.10.1.x there were some changes on the API, meaning that projects using the 0.10.1.1 version of the client library are not able to use the 0.3.6 version of the io.debezium.kafka.KafkaCluster class in tests
