Detection of unsupported include-unchanged-toast parameter is failing

    Description

      The first validation of parameters does not happen during the start of the replication stream but during the first data transafer - even if we run `forceUpdateStatus`. Thus the autodetection mechanism fails on start and the code is not ready to hadnled this during the streaming communication.
      We need to introduce a specific way how to override the automated settings using config settings.
