Change table.whitelist/table.blacklist format

      The following format:

      Each identifier is of the form databaseName.tableName.

      is specified in Debezium Connector for Oracle documentation for table.whitelist/table.blacklist property.

      But the Oracle connector can only connect to one database.

      I suggest to use schema name instead of database name here.
