The following things need to be documented for the Developer Preview:

• Supported versions of OpenShift, AMQ Streams and databases
• Installation on AMQ Streams
  • Create variant of https://debezium.io/docs/openshift/
  • Omit Kafka set-up
  • s/Strimzi/AMQ Streams/
  • Download connector archives from developer portal
  • Make apparent that Postgres must have LD plug-in separately installed
  • Optional: use ready-made build config
