The idea here is to offer a simplified alternative (via a docker-compose.yml) to running up the various required containers for the tutorial, and eventually to be able to extend it further to handle kafka-rest and schema-registry containers, which would potentially enable a more advanced tutorial around working with the AvroConverter (see DBZ-59).
