Support "Exported Snapshots" feature for taking lockless snapshots with Postgres

    Description

      Just came across Exported Snapshots. It seems we can get a transaction reading from a snapshot exported when setting up the replication slot. This could be used for taking an initial snapshot without any lock at all.
