Description
When deleting a provider account, and then deleting an instance under it from CustomResourceDefinitions, the instance is displayed twice in 2 statuses at the same time

Steps to reproduce:
1. Import a provider account
2. Provision an instance under that provider account
3. Delete the provider account --> The instance is still displayed as Ready
4. Delete the instance from RHODA CRD

Expected result:
The instance will be deleted and removed from Thanos and Grafana or will be displayed only in 'Fail' status. This will happen whenever deleting the provider account that contains it or when deleting the instance from RHODA

Actual result:
The instance is displayed twice in different statuses: True and False(Even has the same creation time)
The False status reason is DBaaSInventoryNotFound.
**When doing it in RDS, the statuses are 'Ready' and 'Unknown'
