[RHODA][UX] Installed Operators Provider Account and Provider Account policy header misspelled on Openshift version 4.11

      Provider Account and Provider Account policy tab headers under Installed Operator screen misspelled on Openshift version 4.11.

      On OCP version 4.10 the headers spelled as DBaaSInventories and DBaaSPolicies. Where as on 4.11, it spelled as DBaaSInventorys and DBaaSPolicys
