Atlas Operator should reconcile over AtlasService resources to identify user credentials specific to the Atlas vendor, query for available instances & provide instance-relevant information resulting from the query.

Atlas Operator should then update the AtlasService CR Status to include a minimal amount of information pertinent to selecting wanted instances from the UX.
