Observed that we are creating two Data Services in the OCP left hand menu (one for Database Access and another for Data Federation). 
 
Can we ensure that if Data Services menu is already present then we append the option (Database Access or Data Federation) to the existing entry.
 
Given both services will co-exists and we will not know the order in which it will be installed, it will be good to check and then add otherwise it will lead to duplicate entries. (See attachment)
