Observations on Chapter 2 of RHODA QSG Final Draft

1. Step 2 instruction (v) stated as "Select redhat-dbaas-operator or openshift-dbaas-operator project namespace". But on Database access page, the Project drop down is disabled and the namespace should be selected before navigating to the Database access page.
2. Expecting provider account import instructions on "Chapter 2. Accessing the database access menu for configuring and monitoring" after step 2. Instructions for navigating to "Import Database Provider Account" page and adding account credentials to import a provider account is missing on the current customer portal draft.
