Description
The 'Organization ID' information is not as in the mock ups

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Installed operators
2. Click on RHODA operator
3. Click on 'Provider Account' tab
4. Click 'Create DBaaSInventory' button
5. Select MongoDB as a provider
6. Click on the '?' in the 'Organization ID' field

Expected result:
The pop up will display the text as it is in the mock ups

Actual result:
The text in the pop up is different than in the mock ups.
