• Provide DB/OCP developers a view of their database instances and the ability to connect an instance to an application.

• As a developer, I would like to be able to connect to database service providers
• As a developer, I would like to see a list of database instances
• As a developer, I would like to connect a database instance to an application

DESIGN STORY

We are adding the ability for an admin to create, view and manage their database provider accounts/instances on OCP.  This feature should surface database services on OCP and give admins insight into database instance usage.

We are adding the ability for a developer to connect to a database service provider, view database instances, create database instances, and connect them to applications.
