Currently, the instance list in the inventory for MongoDBAtlas includes clusters retrieved from the API call including the clusters that are being created or deleted. Since such clusters are not usable for connection binding, they should be excluded.

This request is to enhance the Atlas Operator so that the clusters being created or deleted are filtered out from the instance list.
