Research if there's an existing popular (most common) framework that supports DB connectivity to any database, e.g. is there an equivalent of Spring Boot JPA or Quarkus in GO?

If such a framework exists, look at creating a PR to support SBO functionality in that framework. 

Primary focus is to look at the framework that supports Postgres as well as MongoDB.
