      • Login to Openshift with valid credentials
      • Install RHODA 0.3.0 
      • Import provider account
      • Provision a database instance for the imported provider account
      • Upgrade the RHODA operator from 0.3.0 to 0.4.0
      • Open the provisioned database instance from Administration --> CustomResourceDefinitions --> DatabaseInstance --> Instances
      • Open the YAML view
      • The fields cloudProvider and Region loaded with empty values.
