[RHODA][R5] Auto Upgrade ACK RDS Operator installation failed

      • Login to Hybrid Cloud console
      • Create an OSD cluster 
      • Install RHODA operator 0.3.0 from Hybrid cloud console cluster Add-on screen
      • Login to Openshift Cluster and create Data
      • Wait for the Environment to be ready with newer version of RHODA operator version 0.4.0
      • Login to Hybrid cloud console and the on the Add-on screen the version of RHODA operator updated to 0.4.0
      • Login to cluster and the version on the operator upgraded but ACK RDS failed

      OSD 4.12 Cluster with RHODA version 0.3.0 auto upgraded to 0.4.0 when the new images are available on Staging environment. However ACK RDS operator installation failed and available with two different versions. The status of ACK RDS version 0.1.1 stuck at Cannot update where as the version 0.1.3 keep on switching between Pending --> Install ready --> Failed

      Failed error message - "InstallComponentFailedinstall strategy failed: Deployment.apps "ack-rds-controller" is invalid: spec.selector: Invalid value: v1.LabelSelector{MatchLabels:map[string]string
