      While installing RHODA image - https://quay.io/repository/ecosystem-appeng/dbaas-operator-dev-catalog?tab=tags&tag=latest#:~:text=v0.4.0%2Da981218.plugin%2D0.4.0%2Df3d68e9 on a OSD cluster, ACK RDS controller installation failed with error "install failed: deployment ack-rds-controller not ready before timeout: deployment "ack-rds-controller" exceeded its progress deadline"
