[RHODA][R5] Detecting Clusters spinning for too long on Console Dot

      • Login to Console dot application
      • Make sure the user don't have any cluster provisioned on this environment
      • Select "Application and Data Services"
      • Select "Database Access" under "Data Services"
      • Click on "Install it on a cluster" button on "Get Started with Red Hat Openshift Access" page
      • "Detecting Clusters..." widget with spinning icon appears and loading for too long

      Detecting Clusters widget spinning for too long while installing RHODA operator from Hybrid cluster console "Install it on a Cluster" option.

      Error message on Network tab:

      This issue occurs when the user dont have any clusters created on the environment.

      Expected Result:

      Modal window with Create new cluster option should appear

      Actual Result:

      Error occurs on backround and widget spinning for long time
