Description
In 'dbaas_requests_duration_seconds_sum' metric, under the 'dbaas_platform', the 'provider' and 'resource' parameters have the same values

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install RHODA in your cluster
2. Go to Thanos URL and search for the metric 'dbaas_requests_duration_seconds_sum'
3. Search for resource="dbaas_platform" in this metric
4. Check the "provider" parameter

Expected result:
The "provider" parameter will either be without a value (none) or a different value than the resource value.

Actual result:
The resource=dbaas_platform and provider=dbaas_platform.
