Description
The parameter 'dbaas_platform' is not displayed under the metric 'dbaas_requests_duration_seconds_bucket' in Thanos

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new OSD cluster --> Install RHODA
2. Go to Thanos URL:
http://thanos-observatorium.apps.mmikhail-obs1.kni.syseng.devcluster.openshift.com/graph?g0.expr=dbaas_requests_duration_seconds_bucket&g0.tab=1&g0.stacked=0&g0.range_input=1h&g0.max_source_resolution=0s&g0.deduplicate=1&g0.partial_response=0&g0.store_matches=%5B%5D
3. search for the resource 'dbaas_platform' in the list of the resources

Expected result:
The resource 'dbaas_platform' will be displayed with 'event=create'

Actual result:
The resource 'dbaas_platform' is not displayed even though a new instance was created

Openshift OSD cluster version 4.11.90
