Ability to go directly to the RHODA dashboard on the Developer Sandbox from ConsoleDot page. Based on the recent traffic analysis, most of the users who click on Database Access from ConsoleDot App Services menu do not have a running OpenShift cluster. So just giving them an option to install RHODA operator on OpenShift cluster is not enough to cover all the different scenarios where the user is interested in learning about RHODA. We should give an easy on-ramp to the Developer Sandbox cluster and land them on the RHODA dashboard page.
