in our CI we already have different jobs that compute dependency trees, we may merge the dependency tree computed by starters-analysis, and the dependency tree produced by acceptance tests.

Once we have the dependency trees merged, we can filter out productized artifact AND springframework artifacts, in this way we will produce a list of artifacts (groupId:artifactId:version) that are not productized, but, most probably should be productized.
