      CSB certifies JDK 11 and 17 on OCP 4.10, 4.11, 4.12, 4.13, and 4.14.
      At the same time, cgrops2 is used by default from OCP 4.14.

      To avoid the issue reported at https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8230305, user needs to use JDK 17 with OCP 4.14.
