      Building the cxf-bom effective pom in order to check that all dependencies are buildable we found out that one or more dependency depends on org.apache.cxf.services.xkms:cxf-services-xkms-itests:jar:4.0.2.fuse-SNAPSHOT which does no exist in MRRC neither community repositories.

      We did not have this issue in CSB3, should cxf-services-xkms-itests be built or somehow excluded?
