Due to some limitation in the way s390x architecture can be deployed, it was requested (through discussion during centos stream stand-up) to allow (internal only) ftp to the composes hosted and available on odcs-frontend node.

DoD:

• ansible role to cover anonymous ftp
• applied through odcs-frontend role
• composes are available through ftp protocol
