Description
We need to create delegated mirror.stream.centos.org (and msync.stream.centos.org) A/AAAA records in main centos.org, that will be delegated to the PowerDNS based servers.
We also need to modify the current backend to cover these new names and built the correct .json output used for the PowerDNS servers.
DoD:
- query for mirror.stream.centos.org will return correct IP (ipv4 and ipv6) addresses, based on GeoIP information, and so redirects to nearby country
