We need to modify/enhance the existing ansible-role-mirror role used in the centos infra/servers fleet to be able to retrieve and expose stream 9 (and above) content to third-party mirrors

DoD:

• ansible role modified and tested in staging
• covering a boolean case to apply (or not) specific tasks for stream 9 (vs "legacy")
• applied to prod network
• configured nodes be reachable over the http://mirror.stream.centos.org vhost name
