Description
Per discussion, the new CentOS Stream 9 content will be appearing at a different place on mirror network and also different path on the main mirror ref node.
DoD:
- ansible role modified and tested against stg instance
- deployed then to prod automatically
- tier1 mirrors (centos infra controlled and managed) can get stream 9 content
