CentOS Stream 9 would like to take advantage of Mirror manager capabilities for easier, more unified content pushes to the network.
The CentOS Stream mirror manager will need to have:
- All alt-arch content
- Per version content
- All content available
- ISO content redirect in place*
Mirror manager will need to have configuration through manual intervention for releases so will require an SOP for Stream users to follow
Centos.org will need to be the domain for outbound connections
mirrors.centos.org is the defacto place for mirror manager to operate from
- This may be out of scope for this epic and may feature in another breakout epic
Acceptance Criteria:
- Configured to cover all repos that ship in Stream 9
- Know-how on Admin only Feature - what requests need to follow this format, what doesn't
- Crawlers run properly and return good mirrors (check pre-set criteria and/or checks against metadata)
- Uses top-level rsync
- MR is ready for centos repos that shows the metalink for each repo
