The Compose Configuration Compare and Check tool should be available for checking CentOS Stream composes

CCCC is a Jenkins job that takes a PR to compose configuration and runs 2 trial composes, one before the change and one after. We'd like for this to be available in CentOS Stream at some point, we should do a review of CCCC and see what we need to prepare from an infra perspective.
