we currently have machines to build and deliver CentOS Stream (9 and 10 and eventually 11 but not clear - yet - ).

This task/spike is about collecting assets inventory (servers and storage) , verify EOL for warranty and so which ones we'd like to see replaced during DC move and which one would really move to new DC (while service would still be running)
