I have an update for buildroot-only package (see $subject) which should be tagged into the appropriate RHEL tag (RHELBLD-17634). According to the developer guide, the equivalent CentOS build should be tagged automatically. However, scratch build of a reverse dependency still pulls an older build (wasi-libc-21-3.el10).

I'm unsure what went wrong where, but I would like for the new build to start appearing in the centos-stream buildroot.
