We need new 4k CentOS Certificates

You need to file a jira at SIGNSERVER and specify that you need 4k keys for Centos. You need the CA cert and then four leaf certs for signing kernel, grub2, fwupd, UKIs, like the 800 series that we have for RHEL. Signing server people should know what you're talking about.
