calligrabot is what CentOS Stream uses to automatically sign packages as soon as they are tagged into the -pending tag.

calligrabot was written by Merlin, who had retired from Red Hat, and is no longer maintaining it.  Brian is the other maintainer, and is technically still around, but doesn't have time to maintain it.  The source is also on pagure.io, and should be migrated off.

What to do:

• move pagure.io/calligrabot to different place and find new owners
• Fabian has a PR that fixes a current signing bug.
• Package calligrabot as an rpm.  Possibly have the PR as a patch so it can be removed at a future time.
• Deploy the new python3-calligrabot on signer01.stream.rdu2.redhat.com (so that if we need to reinstall fully the machine through ansible, nothing "by hand" will be needed - Automation FTW !)
